This service is provided by our finance partners, Creation Consumer Finance Ltd, and to take advantage of this method of payment, the following criteria must be met:
•You must be over 18
•Maximum age of 75 (at the start of the agreement)
•Applicants MUST supply a Fixed Landline Telephone Number
•Applicants MUST have a bank account that supports Direct Debit
•You MUST provide proof of bank details showing your name, sort code and account number. These details may be taken from a bank statement, cheque book or bankers card.
•You MUST be in permanent full-time employment (over 16 hours per week), in permanent part time employment (under 16 hours a week), retired, in receipt of Disability Allowance or self employed.
•You must have been resident in the UK for at least 36 months and will continue your residency in the UK.
•The furniture ordered must be delivered to your current home address.
•Applications CANNOT be accepted if you are a student, or if you are unemployed.

Firstly you pay your 20% deposit directly to us we will then process your application via Creation Consumer Finance Ltd online service.
Once we have completed all the relevant sections of the online finance agreement, a decision will be made by Creation Consumer Finance Ltd and if accepted, you will be invited to sign your agreement.
In some cases Creation Consumer Finance Ltd will accept your agreement pending further checks (Referrals). These checks may take up to 15 minutes to complete. Once accepted we will confirm you have been accepted and invite you to sign. Creation Consumer Finance Ltd may require further information to complete the application.
Your 14 day cooling off period starts the day after your signature is completed on the credit agreement.
Your finance repayments will begin within 30 days of delivery of furniture in your order (in most cases we deliver your order in its entirety in one drop).
If your finance application is unsuccessful we will contact you separately and discuss other payment methods (such as card or bank transfer) in order to continue with your order.
In the event that you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us in writing (either by email or post). Any deposit held, will then be refunded back to your card (a process that can take up to four working days).
